Our forging process is the key to the superior quality of our connecting rods. Unlike cast rods, which are made by pouring molten metal into molds, our forgings are shaped from solid metal blanks under extreme pressure. This aligns the metal's grain structure along the direction of operational forces, resulting in a significantly stronger and more durable component. Each rod then undergoes precision machining, including milling, drilling, and grinding, to achieve exact dimensions and tolerances for optimal performance.

Our forged connecting rods are designed to handle higher horsepower and torque outputs, making them ideal for performance engines and racing applications.
